Y11 Food students have completed their final coursework tasks and have produced some truly incredible dishes.
The work involves design, culinary expertise and presentational skills and the standard has been exceptionally high. The menus have included curry to lasagne and tiramisu to chocolate brownies.
Lottie Hearn, Assistant Headteacher said: “The Food team have worked tirelessly with the students and this has culminated in them producing some outstanding dishes. I can genuinely say that if any of us went to a top restaurant and had this food and this presentation then we would be perfectly happy. We are expecting some top coursework grades out of some top students.”
