Friary Under 15 Boys Hockey Team started the season with a home match (at Lichfield Hockey Club) against Queen Elizabeth, Atherstone.

The Friary enjoyed an emphatic win of 10-0 over Atherstone on Friday 21st November with Harry Carpenter and Philip Round scoring great individual goals from the top of the D.

Friary went in at half time 4-0 up but there was more to come. Pete Newton took his tally from two to six following three great assists by Matt Geldard-Williams. Round scored his second from a well worked short corner and Jack Lomas added one with a good finish.

Atherstone kept trying, but they couldn't make a break through the excellent Friary defence.
