Rugby Teams have started promisingly

The 1st XV have won their first four matches and are through to the 4th Round of the Daily Mail U18 Cup. Next opponents at home to King Edwards Lichfield - a nice local derby.

U15's also won their first four matches but lost away at Solihull School 20-17 in the 3rd Round of the U15 Daily Mail Cup - robbed by two very unfortunate decisions.

Football

Matches for Y7, Y8 and Y9 boys teams have been taking place weekly in the Cannock & District Leagues. Most successful team so far is Y8, with 4 pupils selected for Cannock & District U13 Soccer Team - Sam Addis, Matthew Fletcher, Jake Roberts and Adam Geldard Williams.

U15 girls football team face Thomas Telford in the next round of the English Schools Cup, in the first round our opposition conceded.

Hockey

Matches start for the boys after half term.

The U15 girls hockey team are very talented and stand a good chance of winning the Cannock & District League.

Teams have run in two of the Cannock & District meetings. A third competition will be hosted by the Friary on 1st March 2010.

Netball

Girls have had mixed results in their netball matches, but have had more wins than losses.
