Key Stage 3 Home Learning Assignment Schedule
Each fortnight students will be set two Home Learning Assignments (HLAs) that they will have two weeks to complete. Each HLA will be a focused piece of independent study that should require approximately three hours of input from the student.
Mathematics and Modern Foreign Languages will continue to set short weekly HLAs in order to support the consolidation of new skills and vocabulary.
Students can expect their HLAs to be returned with assessment within two weeks of the hand in date.
By adopting a more focussed and meaningful approach to home learning we aim to improve the experience of independent study for our students.
